Description
We are seeking a full time Client Recruiter and Sales position. Looking for a highly motivated individual who understands how government contracts work. This position is a remote position (in your home). It is as many hours you would like to work but is strictly commission based. After a 90 day probation period it will switch to a base salary plus commission.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 1 year experience in sales or recruiting
- Be willing to work from home
- have access to a computer and cell phone
- Working knowledge of government contracts
Requirements: Candidates must be able to
- Get at least 1 new client onboarded per week
- Work at a fast pace
- Learn the programs in a timely manner
- Be self sufficient
- Be professional at all times
- Be able to learn and adapt quickly
This position is unique. The candidate will be part of a startup helping to get the client side off the ground. We compensate far above industry standard with no limit to how much you can make. We are all about helping veterans and in order to do that we need a wide variety of jobs posted. The Employee will be responsible for and oversee the calling the perspective companies and making the sale. Then onboard them into our system and get their job or jobs posted.
How Compensation Works:
The employee will be on a commission only for the first 90 days. After review of the employee they will be moved into base pay + commission. We pay far above industry standard for this position. The employee will make 5 percent of every job posting as it is filled. There is also a bonus structure based on performance. here is a brief description of how it works:
We have personnel recruiters as well as client recruiters
- Client recruiter gets company A onboarded and they post job 1, 2 and 3
- Personnel recruiter start recruiting for all of them
- Client recruiter is paid for every individual signed up to job 1, 2, or 3 with company A
